We offer a broad and flexible range of degree options in German. Our courses aim to accommodate those seeking to specialise in a single language as well as those who wish to study two or even three languages together. We also offer degree options where you can study a language in combination with another subject.

Our courses have language at their heart - with core modules developing the key oral, aural and written skills in each year.Ìý At the same time you will be encouraged to explore and pursue your own interests.

All of our 4-year language degrees include aÌýyear abroad. You will spend your third year working or studying abroad before returning to Å·ÃÀÐÔ°®Æ¬ for your final year. This experience provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your language skills further whilst immersing yourself in the life and culture of your host country.
