MONEY IN YOUR POCKET

Did you know that financial support is available to study through the medium of Welsh? When registering to follow Welsh-medium modules, you may be eligible to receive the following:

£1000

Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol Main Scholarship - £1,000 per year for up to three years when you study 80 credits per year through the medium of Welsh.

£500

Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol Incentive Scholarship - £500 per year for up to three years if you study 40 credits per year through the medium of Welsh.

£250

Welsh bursary - £250 per year if you study 40 credits per year through the medium of Welsh. This bursary can be received in addition to the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol scholarships.

If you would like to socialise or relax with other Welsh speakers you are in the right place. Undeb Å·ÃÀÐÔ°®Æ¬ is Å·ÃÀÐÔ°®Æ¬'s Students' Union. Undeb Myfyrwyr Cymru Å·ÃÀÐÔ°®Æ¬ (UMCB) is a part of Undeb Å·ÃÀÐÔ°®Æ¬.

has a president who works to support Welsh-speaking students and promote the Welsh language and culture at Å·ÃÀÐÔ°®Æ¬.

is the social wing of UMCB which organises social events throughout the year. We have Welsh choirs, a literary society, sports clubs and a student radio station - and if you would like to set up a new Welsh medium club, support is available to do so.Ìý
